Privileged Communication

Attorneys have this right called privileged communication that no body else has.  Everybody else has a responsibility to testify in court if summoned but lawyers have a legal right to hold back the truth when representing a client.  This privilege is given to lawyers so that criminals can be honest with their lawyers without any fear of judgment.

In the courts of the heavens where God the father is the judge Jesus has a similar right.  He represents you and I the sinners.  You and I have the guarantee that He will not testify against us; not because we are perfect but because He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears…”  Is 11:3.   The Bible says, be ab zend Tebeqa alen.   Tebeqa is the only person you can be honest with without fear of judgment because of the rights he has before the judge and the jury.  Yes, please go ahead and confess your sins to your Tebeqa,  Jesus.  Tell Him everything. Don’t hold back anything.  For He……

is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse,  nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him; for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.” Psalm 103:8-14

Nomadic,

You are right. Psalm 103 is full of reassuring words of God's love that leave no room at all for anything but love. It is definitely one of my favorite chapters.....
